Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders will begin processing  up to 3 business days. Shipping times will vary and estimated shipping times will be sent after we have completed our fulfillment process. Our fulfillment process completion time is up to 7 business days.   

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at customerservice@openairluxury.com.

No Shipping outside the USA. 

Shipping 

The shipping companies will deliver your shipment to your driveway only; they will not bring it into your home or move it to your desired location. This is the most expensive due to the fact that the carrier must arrange for a specific delivery date and time. We do not guarantee any shipping times; although we will do our best to get the product to you as quickly as possible, sometimes factors occur beyond our control and may affect shipping times. If for any reason you cannot accept delivery of your shipment, after the order has shipped or has been installed, any and all re-delivery, installations, re-consignment and/or storage fees will be the consumer’s responsibility. These fees can be costly, so please be sure you can accept delivery
